I think it's true.
When something crops up, nobody is willing to take the responsibility.
The blame will be pushed to one another as each individual fights to wash his/her hands off the problem.
Like what I'm experiencing now.
Doesnt help that I've usually been nice to them.
Once a problem surfaces, everybody shirks.
